About
The VISION of the Company is to promote gender equity and diversity in the energy and extractives industry by empowering and supporting women to reach their full potential.
The MISSION of the Company is to establish a platform that supports gender integration in the operations of the Energy and Extractives Industry
The OBJECTS for which the Company is established are:

To strengthen women networks in the Energy and Extractives Sector;

To elevate the profile of women in the Energy and Extractives Sector and work to remove the barriers to women’s advancement;

To enhance participation of women in the Energy and Extractives Sector through business structuring, access to finance, focused training, academic bursaries, conferences, capacity building and mentorship;

To encourage and foster female leadership in the Energy and Extractives Sector; and,
-
To advocate for and strengthen the integration of gender aspects (with focus on women) in energy and extractives policies and programs at national, regional, and global levels; and
-
To carry on any other activities as shall be determined by the Company and do all such other things as are incidental to or conducive to the attainment of those objects.
Our goal is to create a more inclusive and equal industry by empowering women through education, advocacy, and community support.
